How We Work
A structured path from kickoff to the helpdesk. Salesforce implementations, website builds, Xero setup, and the Xero–Salesforce connection all use these four steps.
A deep dive into your goals, pain points, and current systems so the Salesforce roadmap is specific.
We leave with the objects you will use, the reports leadership asked for, the systems that must connect, and what is explicitly out of scope. If Xero is part of the work, the cutover date and the chart of accounts are named here too.
We configure, develop, and tailor Salesforce to your workflows and business rules.
Profiles, page layouts, automation, and any Lightning components are built against the rules from discovery. For an Xero implementation this is the organisation, the chart, and the users. For a Xero–Salesforce connection this is the field mapping and the pilot.
Salesforce is connected to the systems you keep, and data is moved in a way you can check.
Loads are validated against a source count and a sample of records, then reconciled. Open invoices, donor history, patient relationships, or a product catalogue — whatever the system of record is — gets the same treatment. Nothing is called live because a file finished uploading.
Hands-on training, adoption support, and a helpdesk so the team keeps using what we shipped.
People practice on their own records. We stay for hypercare, then a helpdesk for the questions that show up at month-end, campaign time, or the first renewal cycle. Success is the outcome you named in discovery, not the go-live date on a slide.
Discovery names the cutover date, the reports, and whether Salesforce is in scope. Implementation is the Xero organisation and the chart, or the field mapping if we are connecting the two. Migration is contacts, open invoices, and a reconciled opening balance — checked, not assumed. Training is on your file, and the helpdesk stays for month-end. You can buy the implementation without the Salesforce sync. You should not buy the sync until the chart of accounts is something finance will sign.
Bring the current pain — a forecast, a portal, a Xero file nobody trusts — and we will tell you which step it actually sits in.
